The Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) course can help!
Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) helps people to make a difference in their lives by teaching them how to deal with their feelings when fed up, worried or hopeless and helping them learn skills to tackle life’s problems. It works for anyone seeking to face and overcome the problems that are bothering them, worry less and live a happier life– starting now.
Consisting of 8 90-minute weekly sessions, the course is expertly moderated and includes booklets with titles such as, “Why Do I Feel so Bad”, “The Things You Do That Mess You Up”, “How to Fix Almost Anything”, and “10 Things You Can Do to Feel Happier Straight Away”.
