Coming Up: Health and Hope Concurrent Disorders Group

This 10-week group assists and supports adults experiencing issues related to combined mental health and substance misuse.

Goals include:     

• Increasing awareness of the relationship between mental health issues and addictions
• Developing individual goals and techniques to achieve them
• Providing support to group members
• Providing psycho-educational material
• Decreasing the effects of symptoms related to mental health and addictions issues

Criteria:  

• Recognition that you are experiencing difficulties with mental health issues and substance abuse issues that are problematic
• Abstinence for 24 hours prior to the group
• Willing to meet prior to the group for a “screening interview” (two weeks prior to the start of group)

Mondays:            February 23, 2026- May 4, 2026
