Peer Mentors understand from personal experience what it means to live with mental health, substance use, and/or addiction concerns. Our Peer Mentor Program will provide you with tips, strategies, and support to help you navigate your health and wellness in your own way.

Our programs are free and delivered in group settings. Our current registered and drop-in programs are:
WRAP® (registration required)
WRAP® is the Wellness Recovery Action Plan, a self-designed, evidence-based prevention and wellness process that anyone can use to get well, stay well, and make your life the way you want it to be. WRAP will support you to develop your own personal Wellness Toolbox by helping you:
- Discover your own simple, safe, effective Wellness Tools
- Develop a list of things to do every day to stay as well as possible
- Identify stressors, early warning signs, and signs that things have gotten worse
- Using Wellness Tools, develop action plans for responding
- Be guided through the process of developing a crisis and post-crisis plan
Mindful Meditation (drop-in)
A free weekly 1-hour drop-in group. These are seated meditations – no mat or special clothing needed.
Mission Possible (drop-in)
A free weekly 1.5 hour drop-in group. A safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to share some challenges as well as strategies for wellness. Sessions will include a mindful activity, focused discussion and take-away handout, and open discussion.
Boxing for Health (drop-in)
A free weekly 1.5 hour drop-in group. Stay active, improve your fitness, have fun, and connect with others while learning basic techniques like footwork and combinations. No experience necessary and no equipment needed. Click here to view the flyer with more details.
