Upcoming Workshop: Coping Skills for Winter…and beyond
Jan 7, 2025
Fewer hours of sunlight, colder weather, social obligations, financial pressures…this time of year can be challenging for many, for a variety of reasons. Join us for Coping Skills for Winter and Beyond, and learn Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-based skills to help you boost self awareness, manage difficult emotions, and respond to people and events in a more effective way.
This is an intermediate-level workshop and most appropriate for individuals who have previous experience with DBT Skills and/or participated in at least one of CMHA Halton’s Coping Skills offerings.
